The purpose of the task force is to understand the values that underlie New Mexico’s community livability, as well as the best opportunities for public-private partnerships for 21st Century prosperity and community growth, in order to develop recommendations, including legislative proposals, for presentation to the Governor prior to the 2007 regular legislative session, regarding high-quality investment and development in all of New Mexico’s communities.
