This course will cover all aspects of the Travel & Per Diem act as it relates to state agencies and DFA processing. This is the normal 3-hour monthly class that includes a 1-hour presentation outlining the advanced (pre-paid) travel model.

This course will provide a basic overview of the procurement code as it relates to state agency purchasing and review by DFA. Please note, this course will not cover RFP/ITB processing standards. The course will also provide a virtual tutorial on creating basic requisitions, purchase orders and payment vouchers in SHARE. Finally, the course will provide general guidance on closing requisitions, purchase orders and contracts.
