DFA will hold a hearing to repeal and replace 2.20.2 NMAC, Execution of Contracts, Vouchers, Purchase Orders and Other Financial Commitments. Pursuant to Subsection E of 9-1-5 and 9-6-5 NMSA 1978, DFA promulgates these rules to administer the duties of the Department and its divisions.
