Notice of Public Hearing and Public Comment Period:

Draft 2022 Annual Action Plan

The Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division and the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) and, Local Government Division (DFA) are seeking public comment on the proposal of the 2022 Draft Annual Action Plan. The public comment period will begin on March 20, 2022, and end on April 20, 2022. A hybrid virtual and in-person public hearing will be held on April 19, 2022, at 9 a.m. The action plan governs administration of federal funding appropriated for housing and community development activities that benefit low and moderate income persons throughout the State of New Mexico.

Citizens, interested agencies, and for-profit and nonprofit organizations may attend a virtual or in-person public hearing on April 19, 2022, at 9 a.m. via webcast at https://housingnm.org/meetings-events-notices or in person at MFA’s office provide comments.

Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division (DFA) and the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) are seeking public comment on the proposed drafting of homelessness assistance template to include an Amendment to State of New Mexico 2021 Annual Action Plan. The public comment period will begin on February 15, 2022, and end on March 16, 2022. A hybrid virtual and in-person public hearing will be held on March 9, 2022, at 8 a.m.

Notice of Virtual Public Hearing: 2020 Consolidated Plan Substantial Amendment (CDBG-NSP City of Albuquerque)

The New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA) and the Department of Finance and Administration, Local Government Division (DFA) are seeking public comment on the DRAFT Amended State of New Mexico 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and 2020 Annual Action Plan. This 30 day public comment period is to incorporate an addition to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Stabilization funds transferred to City of Albuquerque for programming activity. The public comment period will begin on March 28, 2022 and end on April 28, 2022, with a hybrid virtual and in person public hearing on the draft will be held on April 27, 2022 at 9 a.m.
